| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same province as our warehouse.
Shipping & Delivery
Sim Video will coordinate shipping of your products to the address indicated on your order. Sim Video is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipment of your order and strongly encourages you to fully insure your parcel. Estimated delivery on orders will be approximately 4-6 weeks from the order date.
USA and International orders may be subject to additional taxes (such as VAT) and duties charged at the discretion of the importing country; payment of these taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is considered the importer of record and as such, must comply with all laws and regulations of the importing country.
Sim Video will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result from shipment delay or the usability of product(s) upon delivery including but not limited to loss of use, loss of work or profits. In no event will Sim Video be liable for the costs of securing substitute goods. Under no circumstance at all will Sim Video be liable for more than the purchase price of the product(s) ordered. |
