How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, Sim Video offers a 14-day refund.  To return any item, precisely follow the steps listed below:

1. Immediately email Sim Video at sales@simvideo.com to advise them of your return. Sim Video will issue you a RAN (return authorization number) and provide a return address for your shipment. Return items must be received by Sim Video no more than 10 days after the RAN is issued.
2. Ensure that the item(s) being returned show(s) no signs of excessive wear and is/are in resalable condition.
3. Securely package the item(s) to be returned complete with all original packing materials, the original receipt and, all parts and accessories.  
4. Visibly indicate your RAN (return authorization number) on your return package. Sim Video will not accept items returned without a RAN (return authorization number).
5. Shipping and handling back to Sim Video is at the customer’s expense. Ship all items to Sim Video pre-paid using a recognized carrier and insure the package for your protection.  Sim Video is not responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Sim Video reserves the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt.  Failure to comply with Sim Video’s return instructions could result in the delay, loss or partial loss of your refund.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
